The VDC Manager is responsible for developing detailed trade models for field construction, leading coordination efforts, ensuring quality control of digital assets, supporting client engagement, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Communicate directly with clients to identify, evaluate, and resolve construction issues.
Participate in coordination and progress meetings with owners, design teams, and trade partners.
Provide visual tools and digital analysis to support informed decision-making.
Practice rigorous quality control to ensure digital assets meet client needs and expectations.
Review and approve digital deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
Identify discrepancies between project documents and field conditions and coordinate resolution.
Lead interdisciplinary coordination sessions to improve installation efficiency.
Support construction phasing, schedule visualization, and logistics planning.
Identify opportunities to expand digital services within existing and prospective accounts.
