Job DescriptionThe
Value Stream Analyst supports strategic and operational activities across end-to-end (E2E) product and Therapeutics supply chain value stream. Reporting to the Value Stream Director, this role partners with Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Quality, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to support the development, execution, and monitoring of Product Strategy Roadmaps (PSRs) and value stream initiatives.
This position provides an opportunity to contribute to business-critical programs while developing expertise in product strategy, supply chain operations, value stream management, and cross-functional project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development, refresh, and execution of Product Strategy Roadmaps (PSRs) for assigned products, in alignment with VSM standards and governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Quality, Finance) to support E2E product strategies, initiative prioritization, and execution planning.
- Drive execution of value stream initiatives and projects, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes against defined objectives and success measures.
- Support E2E performance management, including preparation of dashboards, KPI & CIP reviews, and presentations to track key performance indicators, project milestones, risks, and business outcomes.
- Identify execution risks, constraints, and trade-offs, and escalate insights and recommendations to the Value Stream Director as needed.
- Support NPI and lifecycle activities, including launch readiness reviews, execution tracking, and transfer-of-ownership coordination.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across supply chain processes, manufacturability, and operational performance.
- Collect, consolidate, analyze, and communicate data to support strategic business decisions and value stream priorities.
- Contribute to the development and maturation of the VSM capability, including use of standard tools, templates, governance forums, and ways of working.
QualificationsRequired Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Required Years of Related Experience:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, project management, engineering, analytics, or related fields.
- Internship, co-op, or rotational program experience preferred.
- Exposure to healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, or regulated industries is preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, QuickBase, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, from demand planning through delivery
- Ability to create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Interest in supply chain strategy, value stream management, product lifecycle management, and business operations.
- Understanding of NPI processes and product lifecycle management preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and prepare materials for leadership reviews.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable operating within defined frameworks while exercising sound judgment.

Required Skills:Preferred Skills:The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$65,000.00 - $104,650.00
