Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua is looking for an experienced Used Car Automotive Technician to join our growing team.
We are one of the largest Volvo Certified Pre-Owned dealers in New England, with a constant flow of used vehicles that need to be inspected, serviced, repaired, and prepared for sale.
Simply put: we currently have more work than we can keep up with.
If you can turn hours, we have the cars.
Compensation: $75,000-$150,000+
We want productive technicians to make great money.
Our top technicians consistently flag 15+ hours per day, and our used-car operation provides a steady pipeline of work year-round.
You bring the experience, efficiency, and work ethic. We'll provide the opportunity to produce.
What You'll Do
- Perform used-vehicle and CPO inspections
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and safety-related concerns
- Complete maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately
- Recondition used vehicles to our quality and safety standards
- Work on Volvo vehicles as well as a variety of other makes and models
- Identify needed repairs and communicate findings clearly
- Work closely with our used-car, parts, and service teams to get vehicles frontline-ready quickly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
What We're Looking For
- Professional automotive technician experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Someone who takes pride in both productivity and quality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Volvo or European experience is a plus, but NOT required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
You Do Not Need Volvo Experience
If you're a strong technician coming from another dealership, independent repair shop, or another manufacturer, we want to talk to you.
Used-car experience is great, but what matters most is your ability to accurately diagnose vehicles, perform quality repairs, and efficiently get work done.
