What you'll do: - Lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract administration to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices aligned with business objectives.

What you'll bring: - Proven leadership experience in managing divisional maintenance and facility operations with a focus on operational excellence.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Expertise in vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and quality control.
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Technical knowledge of facility repair, maintenance, and reliability management.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, procurement, and expense control within maintenance operations.

LANCASTER, Texas US-03006: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
STOCKTON, California US-04091: The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
