Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Divisional Maintenance, leads operational excellence across multiple facilities by overseeing maintenance, vendor management, and facility repair activities. This role drives business process improvements, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters cross-functional collaboration to optimize facility performance. Utilizing data analysis and technical expertise, the position supports strategic decision-making and cost management. The role also manages crisis response, contract administration, and change initiatives, ensuring reliability and safety while promoting continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals. Strong leadership and business acumen are essential to influence partners and deliver sustainable operational results.

LANCASTER, Texas US-03006: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

STOCKTON, California US-04091: The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
