The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $160,000 and $190,000 annually.

Role Description:Role Summary: Lead the development and delivery of agile trading technology solutions for Prime and Equities desks. Responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while managing a small development team and maintaining direct stakeholder relationships with trading desks.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 2-3 developers in delivering trading tools and enhancements using Python, React, SQL, and CI/CD frameworks
- Partner directly with trading desks to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions in an agile manner
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the US region
- Collaborate with global trading tools teams in Japan, AEJ, and EMEA regions
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with trading desk operational requirements
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical business users
- Work core trading hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST) with flexibility for market events and global coordination
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:- 5+ years experience in financial services technology, preferably in trading or prime services
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- CI/CD practices and React development a plus
- Proven team leadership and mentoring experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- Experience in agile development methodologies
- Understanding of trading workflows and financial markets

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
