Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Urologist who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

Join Adventist Medical Group and our 144-physician team which provides primary and specialty services for Adventist HealthCare in Montgomery County, Maryland and the surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will provide the full scope of urological services which fall under his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care.
In addition, the Physician is a member of the team. In that capacity they are expected to be familiar with the philosophy, goals and objectives and work collaboratively to achieve them.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Degree of Doctor of Medicine
• American Board of certification in Urologic Surgery
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent skills in maintaining highly confidential information
• Skilled in compiling clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Experience working with an electronic medical record preferred
• Strong clinical background and business acumen
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be mentally adaptable
and flexible in dealing with a variety of people at various levels.
• Successful record of leading quality initiatives in a group
practice setting.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, on call 4 days per month. On weekends will cover Shady Grove and White Oak Medical Centers.

Pay Range:

$104,000.00 - $1,404,000.00

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:

United States of America (Exempt)
