You will manage multiple processing units in Corporate Trust Transfer Agency and support Corporate Trust Administration. Provide guidance and directions to Team Managers to ensure daily processing is completed at a high level of quality and timeliness, and our clients receive the highest level of service. This also includes monitoring to ensure the appropriate procedures and controls are in place and followed to reduce risk and ensure adherence to law and regulations.
You will be a resource for department associates as well as business partners for industry and system expertise. You will also stay current with industry advances and developing relevant strategic plans and proposals to ensure our teams can support the continued growth of our internal business partners.
How you'll spend your time: - You will manage multiple securities processing units, providing work guidance and direction to functional work units in achieving the basic objectives for daily processing, including monitoring and oversight of controls, staying abreast of industry advances and developing relevant strategic plans and proposals to allow Bond Transfer Agency to exploit technology advances in order to drive revenue, reduce cost or reduce risk.
- You will help ensure staff are equipped with the appropriate tools, information and training to perform their duties.
- You will perform development activities for associates and team managers, including regular review of Performance Objectives and Individual Development plans.

- You have a bachelor's degree in business or related field
Bonus Points if you:- Possess seven (7) years of Corporate Trust experience OR
- A Bachelor's degree in business related field and 5 years Corporate Trust experience

Compensation Range:$117,900 - $173,393
