Job Description

The Senior Manager, Treasury is responsible for the day-to-day execution and oversight of the company's treasury activities, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking administration, and financial risk support.

What you're responsible for:

Cash Management & Forecasting
  • Manage daily cash positioning, bank balances, and short-term liquidity needs
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly cash-flow forecasts
  • Monitor working capital movements and escalate risks or shortfalls as needed
  • Support intercompany funding and cash movements

Banking & Treasury Operations
  • Administer bank accounts, signatories, mandates, and online banking access
  • Act as a primary operational contact for banking partners on routine matters
  • Review bank fees, investigate discrepancies, and support cost optimization
  • Support banking documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements

Risk Management Support
  • Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposures and report variances
  • Execute hedging transactions under established policies and approvals
  • Track compliance with treasury policies and internal controls

Reporting, Controls & Compliance
  • Prepare treasury reports for Finance leadership, including cash, debt, and risk metrics
  • Support audits, internal controls, and SOX or compliance testing (if applicable)
  • Maintain treasury documentation, policies, and procedures

Systems & Process Improvement
  • Operate and maintain treasury management systems (TMS), banking platforms, and reporting tools
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve visibility, and strengthen controls
  • Participate in system enhancements, implementations, or upgrades as required

Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, AP/AR, Tax, and Legal teams
  • Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior finance staff as needed
  • Serve as a trusted treasury subject-matter expert within Finance


Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or corporate finance
  • Strong understanding of cash forecasting, bank operations, and treasury controls
  • Experience working with multiple banking partners and financial instruments
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial analysis
