Job DescriptionThe
Senior Manager, Treasury is responsible for the day-to-day execution and oversight of the company's treasury activities, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking administration, and financial risk support.
What you're responsible for:Cash Management & Forecasting- Manage daily cash positioning, bank balances, and short-term liquidity needs
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly cash-flow forecasts
- Monitor working capital movements and escalate risks or shortfalls as needed
- Support intercompany funding and cash movements
Banking & Treasury Operations- Administer bank accounts, signatories, mandates, and online banking access
- Act as a primary operational contact for banking partners on routine matters
- Review bank fees, investigate discrepancies, and support cost optimization
- Support banking documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements
Risk Management Support- Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposures and report variances
- Execute hedging transactions under established policies and approvals
- Track compliance with treasury policies and internal controls
Reporting, Controls & Compliance- Prepare treasury reports for Finance leadership, including cash, debt, and risk metrics
- Support audits, internal controls, and SOX or compliance testing (if applicable)
- Maintain treasury documentation, policies, and procedures
Systems & Process Improvement- Operate and maintain treasury management systems (TMS), banking platforms, and reporting tools
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve visibility, and strengthen controls
- Participate in system enhancements, implementations, or upgrades as required
Collaboration & Leadership- Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, AP/AR, Tax, and Legal teams
- Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior finance staff as needed
- Serve as a trusted treasury subject-matter expert within Finance
QualificationsTo join our team:Required- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 6-9 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or corporate finance
- Strong understanding of cash forecasting, bank operations, and treasury controls
- Experience working with multiple banking partners and financial instruments
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial analysis
