Position Overview:The Senior Treasury Operations Support Senior will be a key member of the Wireroom within the Treasury Operations group in the Investment & Capital Markets Division. This position in Plano, TX primarily supports the timely and accurate processing and reporting of funds and security wires and plays an important role in reducing payment risk.
Your Impact:- Execute and support daily processing of high-volume and/or high-risk funds and securities wires and ACH activity in support of the firm's business lines, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy adherence.
- Act as a senior escalation point for exceptions, investigations, and time-sensitive issues, coordinating with internal areas to drive same-day resolution.
- Perform and validate reconciliations with banks and clearing firms and identify recurring issues and root causes.
- Develop, enhance, and execute departmental controls and procedures impacting cash and securities processing; recommend control improvements to reduce payment risk and operational defects.
- Support audit/exam readiness by maintaining documentation, evidence, and control execution artifacts; assist with responses to inquiries as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts (e.g., standardization, documentation, metrics, and automation ideas) to improve quality and throughput.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent professional experience and 5+ years of overall relevant experience
- 3-4 yrs in treasury operations, payments, cash management, or financial operations (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with extensive use of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups; ability to analyze large datasets), experience with AI tools is a plus
- Strong banking and financial industry knowledge, including NACHA processes/rules and operational payment controls
- Understanding of Federal Reserve payment systems (e.g., Fedwire); familiarity with securities settlement concepts is a plus
- Demonstrated strong data analysis, attention to detail in a controlled environment

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $98,000 - $148,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
