Responsibilities

The Product Consultant: Digital Integration Services (DIS) will serve as the client facing subject matter expert for the Bank’s Digital Integration Services that connect internal banking systems with external partners and platforms.  They will have a deep and thorough knowledge of industry leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and delivery channels that include, and are not limited to, bank feeds, and API integrations to support digital banking, treasury, payment and reconciliation operations. They will work in collaboration with other members of the Treasury Management Division to drive profitable deposit growth for the bank.

 

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $77,900 - $153,000 per year plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.

 

Key Accountabilities

Technical Sales Leadership

  • Supports the sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales consultation process, including leading and participating in client calls, demos, and meetings as needed.
  • Maintains deep expertise in DIS capabilities and related functionality.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert on complex implementations for assigned services.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of broader Treasury Management products and engages additional SMEs as appropriate.
  • Develops and delivers product demonstrations and technical overviews tailored to client use cases.
  • Partners with implementations and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
  • Maintains awareness of competitive offerings and market trends to support effective sales positioning.

Product Delivery

  • Analyzes TM client portfolio to identify opportunities to increase DIS utilization.
  • Partners with Treasury Management sales to propose strategies to increase DIS utilization.
  • Utilizes internally developed and/or vendor tools to find opportunities to expand DIS success and utilization.
  • Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying complementary services that enhance client value.
  • Contribute client and portfolio insights to product roadmap discussions by sharing feedback and utilization trends with Product Management.
  • Stays attuned to client feedback and product performance, recognizing patterns across clients and implementations that enable ongoing product enhancements and rapid customer support.
  • Demonstrates sound evaluation and decision making, speed to action and pragmatic problem‑solving in customer implementation and support.
  • Maintains strong communication channel with Product Management, Product Engineering, and IT Support for escalation and feedback loops.

  • Drives deposit growth and retention.
  • Drives adoption of high-margin integration services that contribute to overall Treasury Management profitability.
  • Identify scalable integration opportunities that reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency for clients.
  • Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the bank’s digital ecosystem by identifying and advocating for innovative integration use cases

Qualifications and Education Requirements –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Computer Science or related field and/or HS diploma/GED with equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Operations, Customer Support or Technology strongly preferred
  • Experience in financial services, ideally in Commercial products and services
  • Ability to successfully partner with cross-functional teams made up of business line stakeholders, user experience, sales, technology, operations, customer service, risk management, legal/compliance, and data teams
  • Great attention to detail, thoroughness, and soundness in written documentation as well as in the analytical review of data
  • Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with business line partners, stakeholders, technology leadership, and external partners

Product Consultant roles may vary – this position may be filled at a different level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.  Factors may include but are not limited to:  previous Digital Integration Services experience, depth and breadth of previous or current institution size – the same role for many years or a variety of roles in the same space over a number of years, skills, knowledge, previous performance and success factors, proven ability to achieve targets year over year, education/certification, length of time in Treasury Management industry and Digital Integration Services similar growth to existing portfolios.
