Trading Desk Team Member - Digital Assets

Role:- Trading Desk Team Member - Digital Assets - Full Time W2 Location:- New York City, NY Salary:- $140,000 - $160,000 Responsibilities:- • Support the order desk function for digital assets including policies, procedures, and operational workflows. • Support the intake and processing of order flow from l broker-dealer correspondents and their clients • Review and analyze correspondent transactions via a sponsored access model. • Review and analyze trading limits, cash and positions held at different liquidity venues. • Ensure efficient handling of execution, settlement, and reporting of customer orders in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Develop systems and processes to support order internalization and agency/riskless principal transactions. • Provide assistance with trade reporting and the issuance of customer confirmation. • Collaborate with internal technology, compliance, and operations teams to integrate digital asset trading capabilities with traditional brokerage infrastructure. • Partner with the business development team to cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional clients and counterparties, acting as a visible ambassador for the firm to generate business and increase market share. • Monitor daily order flow and trade execution quality to ensure best execution standards are maintained and there is minimal spread impact for large-volume transactions. • Serve as a key liaison with correspondents and internal departments to address operational or trade-related inquiries. Qualifications:- • 4+ years of experience in an order desk, trading operations, or trade support role within a broker-dealer or trading firm. • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing and settlement, and custody processes. • Experience with and knowledge of different securities asset classes. • Knowledge and experience with Talos OMS is a + • The ability to make quick, high-stakes decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic market environment. • Knowledge of digital asset securities or blockchain-based trading systems is a plus. • FINRA Series 7 and 57 licenses required. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
