Trading Desk Team Member - Digital Assets - Full Time W2

$140,000 - $160,000
Responsibilities:-
- Support the order desk function for digital assets including policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
- Support the intake and processing of order flow from l broker-dealer correspondents and their clients
- Review and analyze correspondent transactions via a sponsored access model.
- Review and analyze trading limits, cash and positions held at different liquidity venues.
- Ensure efficient handling of execution, settlement, and reporting of customer orders in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop systems and processes to support order internalization and agency/riskless principal transactions.
- Provide assistance with trade reporting and the issuance of customer confirmation.
- Collaborate with internal technology, compliance, and operations teams to integrate digital asset trading capabilities with traditional brokerage infrastructure.
- Partner with the business development team to cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional clients and counterparties, acting as a visible ambassador for the firm to generate business and increase market share.
- Monitor daily order flow and trade execution quality to ensure best execution standards are maintained and there is minimal spread impact for large-volume transactions.
- Serve as a key liaison with correspondents and internal departments to address operational or trade-related inquiries.
Qualifications:-
- 4+ years of experience in an order desk, trading operations, or trade support role within a broker-dealer or trading firm.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing and settlement, and custody processes.
- Experience with and knowledge of different securities asset classes.
- Knowledge and experience with Talos OMS is a +
- The ability to make quick, high-stakes decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic market environment.
- Knowledge of digital asset securities or blockchain-based trading systems is a plus.
- FINRA Series 7 and 57 licenses required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
