Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Job Description:
-Ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of
critical production systems and platforms.
-Work with a collaborative Agile development team to manage Tier 3 incidents and help build and maintain Cloud software and infrastructure that supports machine learning and AI across our program.
Required Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in generative AI concepts and technologies such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini
-2+ years of experience with working in a system administrations operationsenvironment
-2+ years of experience in working with Tier II and Tier III support and handling the
incident management workflow
-2+ years of experience working with test and evaluation
-Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and concepts to develop an MLOps ecosystem
-Outstanding written communication skills and are able to translate between technical and non-technical users and developers
-Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in a system administrations operations
environment
-Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification
within 6 months of hire date
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Helm and Terraform
-Experience developing prompts, tools, and agents with LLMs -Experience with design and implementation, including building, containerizing, and
deploying end-to-end automated data and ML pipelines, within a Cloud environment
-Experience with version control tools, including Git
-Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
