In this role you, you will:- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care
- Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (part-time/ full-time optional)
- Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner
- The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures
- Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development
- Our clinicians promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic's mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:- Must be fully licensed to practice independently with any of the following licensures: Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) required OR must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed PhD or PsyD.
- Must be licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois
- Master's in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 2-7 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting (Psychological Testing and Assessment experience preferred)

- Individual & Family-focused therapy
- CBT | DBT | ACT
- EMDR
- Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
- CADC
- Marriage and Family Therapy
- IOP/PHP programs
