Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing new customer accounts, managing existing client relationships, and promoting specialized surface characterization instrumentation solutions. This role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, delivering technical presentations, developing proposals, closing business, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The position requires a consultative sales approach, technical knowledge, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Generate and develop new customer accounts.
  • Manage and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Present technical products and solutions to executives, managers, and technical personnel.
  • Develop and prepare sales proposals.
  • Negotiate and close business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
