Territory Sales Manager - Great Plains

Mölnlycke is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our Surgical Gloves team supporting the Great Plains Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with acute care / healthcare accounts in assigned territory.
  • Achieve Biogel Gloves Sales targets through consultative selling, product education, & strategic planning.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
  • Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates.
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs.


Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is 85-95k. This role is eligible for uncapped commission, car reimbursement and full benefits. Offers of employment consider various factors, including experience, education, location, and role-specific requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience; medical device or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency (CRM, reporting tools).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform job
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.


Preferred Attributes
  • Acute care call point experience.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with overnight travel and managing multi-state territory.
