POSITION SUMMARY

The Technology Governance & AI Intake Lead owns a single front door for business-unit technology and AI demand, converting requests into scoped, governed, prioritized initiatives. The role runs intake, portfolio prioritization, business-case development, and governance and risk gating, and manages the analyst function that maps business process to technology and AI initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the technology and AI intake pipeline — a single front door for business-unit demand.
  • Convert business and AI demand into scoped, prioritized, business-cased initiatives with measured baselines.
  • Run portfolio prioritization and governance/risk gating in coordination with the Information Manager and Cyber.
  • Coordinate vendor and tool evaluation for AI and technology requests.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business units; set expectations and communicate the pipeline.
  • Partner with data governance to ensure initiatives are data-ready before delivery.
  • Line-manage and develop the AI Solutions Analyst.

  • Vendor and tool evaluation.
  • Process and change-management capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP, ITIL, or an AI-governance credential a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience standing up an intake or demand-management function from scratch.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, agent platforms, or enterprise AI tooling.
  • Media, entertainment, or agency context.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:

$142,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$190,000 annually
