Semiconductors are foundational to the modern economy, and the demand curve has never been steeper. That steep growth presents unprecedented challenges in manufacturing, supply chain and quality - demanding innovative approaches to maintain our competitiveness. The Operations Product Development team drives technology, business processes and strategic innovation supporting Applied Materials Global Operations. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong foundation in software engineering and a passion for digital and AI-enabled transformation of business processes. Backed by a team of developers, you will be responsible for delivering business value to Global Operations through transformative SW applications. You will be involved in finding the problem worth solving, framing it with data, aligning stakeholders who do not always agree, and staying close enough to the architecture to make trade-offs with your engineering partners. You will not be shipping production code, but you will be expected to read it, reason about it, and have a strong user-centric point of view in design reviews.
If you are someone who takes initiatives, have a strong analytical foundation and the empathy to build consensus rather than demand it from others, you will fit right in. We need people who are thoughtful, eager to learn, and ready to change how an entire industry solves problems.

Prepare program status updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and momentum.
Produce executive-ready updates, decision documents, and business cases - tables, charts, and slides that a leader can act on without a verbal briefing.
Drive alignment between stakeholders with competing priorities and unclear decision rights and make the decision path explicit when it isn't.
