  • act as the operator's representative across our North American hotel projects
  • ensure Ruby's brand, technical, design, and operational standards come to life on site
  • coordinate developers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • manage FF&E execution from tendering and vendor selection through installation and handover
  • review layouts, drawings, specifications, and MEP coordination with a strong eye for detail and guest experience
  • identify project risks early and help solve issues before they become problems
  • support construction progress, quality assurance, snagging, commissioning, and operational readiness
  • help shape and adapt Ruby's brand standards for the North American market


We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:
  • 7+ years of experience in hospitality, construction, architecture, FF&E, or technical project management
  • experience working on the operator, brand, or owner representative side of hotel projects
  • a strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, FF&E integration, and technical coordination
  • the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities without losing your cool
  • a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • an eye for detail while still keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • confidence working in fast-paced and international environments
  • willingness to travel across North America
  • fluent English skills - additional languages like Spanish are a plus
