You'll also partner closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver high-quality work you're proud of. The anticipated salary range for this position is $112,500 to $148,753 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
What You Bring- 5+ years of construction experience , ideally with industrial projects that demand strong coordination and execution.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with confidence and accountability.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and how they translate from plan to field.
- Comfort balancing time in the field and in project systems , using technology to support smart decision-making.
- Clear, effective communicator who can collaborate with craft professionals, project leadership, and clients.
- Strong Excel skills and technology aptitude to support forecasting, reporting, and project controls.
Nice to Have- Experience in industrial sectors such as food & beverage, manufacturing, oil & gas, data centers, metals, or heavy industrial construction.
- Background transitioning from field leadership into project management or estimating.
- Exposure to union environments or coordination with industrial subcontractors.
- Prior experience leading project teams or mentoring direct reports.
