Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Perform engineering tasks using working knowledge of FFL and industry standards.
  • Drive and support all engineering activities at the Broken Arrow facility, managing projects from concept through completion.
  • Take responsibility for quoting, design execution, and technical deliverables, including during peak workloads; proactively communicate status and capacity with your manager.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for FEJ/MEJ and REJ (RKS) engineering solutions, collaborating closely with key regional customers.
  • Provide technical support to existing and expanding customers throughout the American markets.
  • Participate in daily technical operations by addressing technical inquiries, resolving engineering challenges, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Execute daytoday engineering initiatives aligned with global SSS objectives.
  • Ensure all technical requirements, responsibilities, and performance expectations are met in accordance with customer specifications and internal standards.
  • Evaluate engineering risks, assess potential impacts, and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative products, technologies, and engineering processes.
  • Work effectively within an international, crossfunctional team environment.
  • Travel approximately 40% to support customer visits, sales activities, and field service needs.
  • Ensure professional, consistent, and standardized program management across all assigned projects.
  • Apply established processes, systems, tools, and control mechanisms to enhance Program and Launch Management.
  • Track and manage program performance through KPIs, project controls, and structured escalation where required.
  • Drive all assigned projects in accordance with FFL standards, ensuring milestone quality and onschedule delivery.
  • Coordinate cost calculations, supply chain support, and material planning for platform projects.
  • Collaborate with local and regional managers to ensure project alignment, visibility, and success.
  • Maintain clear communication, documentation, and transparency throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of industrial and engineering design experience in Expansion Joints..
  • Experience and Knowledge of key Customers within the region.
  • Qualification Testing of various SSS products for use in the Energy sector.
  • Degree Qualified with an Engineering discipline.
  • Safe handling of digital tools such as SAP S4H, CAD tool Inventor, use of PDM system, calculation tools, etc.
  • Basic business administration knowledge
