Full Job Description
Technical Program Manager In this role, you'll bring structure and clarity to a highly cross-functional environment. You'll coordinate workloads and programs, support global on-call operations, strengthen the team's ways of working, and make sure risks, dependencies, and escalations are visible and managed. Your work will directly improve the efficiency of our engineering teams and the reliability and scalability of our satellite operations. This is a high-autonomy role with broad visibility and significant room to shape how you work. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on how Loft manages and scales its satellite fleet while partnering with teams across Infrastructure, Operations, Solutions, Product Engineering, and other functions. This is determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
