The Adventure Ahead

As our Technical Product Manager for Platform & Integrations, you are the architect of Docebo's extensibility, transforming our ecosystem into a developer's playground. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex engineering infrastructure and tangible business value, ensuring our REST APIs, webhooks, and Connect tools are world-class. By scanning the horizon for emerging standards and defining opinionated interoperability patterns, you will empower global enterprises to build seamless, high-impact integrations that define the future of learning technology.

The Day-to-Day
  • API and Platform Strategy: Own Docebo's external API roadmap, from schema design principles and versioning policies to championing patterns that ensure long-term, scalable extensibility.
  • Connect and Integration Tooling: Lead the Docebo Connect (Workato IPaaS OEM) product vision by managing the low-code workflow builder and blueprint library, while evaluating high-value partner contribution programs.
  • Developer Experience: Obsess over the end-to-end developer journey, tracking DX metrics and conducting deep-dive research to eliminate friction before it ever turns into churn.
  • Measure the Impact: Define the "North Star" for platform success by building dashboards that track API adoption, integration attach rates, and direct revenue contribution for executive stakeholders.
  • Navigate the Tech: Conduct high-level technical research on iPaaS and integration standards to make "build-buy-partner" recommendations that keep us ahead of the competition.
  • Field Enablement and GTM: Partner with Marketing and Sales to translate technical capabilities into winning GTM strategies, acting as the technical authority in high-stakes enterprise deal cycles.
  • Govern the Ecosystem: Establish the gold standard for how partners build on Docebo, publishing comprehensive integration guides that ensure security, reliability, and commercial viability.
Your Superpowers
  • Speak Fluent API: You can design a REST API and write an OpenAPI spec in your sleep, confidently debating webhook reliability and event-driven sync with our engineering leads.
  • Decode the Codebase: You are comfortable diving into production code to trace API calls or review pull requests, understanding exactly how implementation choices impact the product's future.
  • Think Like a Platform: You possess strong, well-reasoned opinions on what "good" design looks like and aren't afraid to defend your vision to both developers and the C-suite.
  • Data-Driven Intuition: You define success metrics before a single line of code is written, using platform health data to influence high-level prioritization and investment.
  • Developer Empathy: Having built with APIs yourself, you view documentation gaps as personal challenges and treat developer friction points as high-priority product bugs.
  • Proven Experience: You bring 4+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience, specifically focused on APIs, SDKs, or iPaaS, ideally with a background in software engineering or solutions architecture.
  • Integration Expertise: You have a deep mastery of OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, and middleware categories, with a proven track record of connecting platform health to commercial outcomes.
