Major Responsibilities
Support the execution of the product vision and roadmap for digital channel applications.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, assess, and translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready product features.
Oversee product development stages, including idea generation, design, development, testing, and launch.
Lead vendor relationships for assigned products and services, including requirements, deliverables, performance expectations, service levels, risks, dependencies, and issue escalation. Hold vendors accountable for commitments and work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure vendor solutions meet business, technical, security, compliance, and member-experience requirements.
Make timely, evidence-based decisions within delegated authority, escalate material risks or investment decisions as appropriate, and remain accountable for the end-to-end results of product decisions from business-case approval through implementation and benefits realization.
Help prioritize the product backlog by balancing customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, dependencies, risk, and delivery capacity. Ability to interpret customer needs and apply them to existing or new products
Work closely with technical teams to clarify requirements, support solution discussions, unblock delivery, and ensure features are implemented as intended.

Qualifications
Education / Certification / Experience

Strong technical background with the ability to understand systems, integrations, dependencies, and delivery constraints. Strong analytical skills with a foundation in business analysis, requirements gathering, user story development, acceptance criteria, and problem framing.

Knowledge / Skills
Experience with digital banking, financial services, payments, onboarding, or customer-facing digital platforms.
Experience using product analytics, experimentation, customer feedback, or journey mapping to shape product decisions.
Familiarity with API integrations, mobile and web applications, accessibility, privacy, security, and operational risk considerations.
Experience working with designers, researchers, developers, QA, compliance, operations, marketing, and customer support teams.
