Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Java, including core and advanced concepts.
• Proven software development experience with a focus on backend technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kafka Connect and messaging event streams.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and unit testing using Junit.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as PCF and AWS.
• Expertise in NoSQL databases like Cassandra and MongoDB, with a strong understanding of their use cases.
• Proficient in OpenShift Kubernetes and non-relational document databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java backend applications using modern frameworks.
• Implement and optimize event streaming with Kafka and related technologies.
• Design and develop Microservices architectures for scalable applications.
• Write and maintain comprehensive Junit test cases to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements.
• Provide engineering insights to help clients achieve their transformation goals.
