Full Job Description
About the Role
Our TAM team owns a large revenue number and a book of enterprise and mid-market accounts with a lot of upside opportunity. We want someone senior to help lead it - someone who's expanded big accounts before and can make the whole team better at it.
Most of your time goes to the team's accounts, not your own. You're in their calls, on the hardest accounts, helping them figure out the right move. You'll keep a small book yourself so you stay close to the product and the customers.
Responsibilities
Coaching the team - on their accounts and their careers.
Finding expansion and helping the team close it, owning NDR.
Steadying accounts when they wobble and securing renewals, owning GRR.
Hardening how the team works: ensuring the playbooks and systems hold up as the book grows.
A small book of your own, kept light on purpose.
What You'll Bring
5+ years in TAM, account management, or something close, with reps growing and keeping large enterprise accounts.
2+ years leading account teams, with evidence that the people you coached got measurably better at running their accounts
You know how to expand an account - where the room is, who to bring in, when to push - and you've taught someone else to do it.
You're a good coach: you give direct feedback, and people trust what you tell them.
You're hands-on technical: configuring, troubleshooting, and tuning agents yourself, and comfortable going deep with a customer's setup.
You've carried a number, so you know how to spend your time when you can't get to everything.
Bonus if you're fluent with AI tooling in your own workflow - but only where it actually makes the work better.
Life at Outtake
Office: For those in NY, we are an in-person team (5 days a week, with flexibility as needed) working out of a stunning waterfront office in Brooklyn. Collaboration, speed, and clarity matter.
Health: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees.
Time Away: Flexible PTO. We trust adults to manage energy, not clock time.
Culture & Team: Annual company retreats and regular in-person events.
