Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - .NET Full Stack Engineer with cloud experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to lead the development of modern web applications using current frameworks and web technologies. This role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership, team mentoring, technical strategy, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#/.NET Core, Angular, SQL and NoSQL databases, front-end development, and cloud infrastructure, while promoting engineering best practices and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities • Write high-quality code, create unit tests, support testing and debugging, and maintain technical documentation. • Develop and maintain modern full-stack web applications using .NET technologies and front-end frameworks. • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and coordinate development activities with team members. • Mentor junior developers and support the professional development of team members. • Lead the establishment and adoption of team engineering best practices. • Define and guide technical strategy for the engineering team. • Serve as the technical point of contact for the engineering team. • Communicate with clients and technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Lead technical discussions and communicate design decisions effectively. • Support the development of team talent and promote continuous learning. • Contribute to high-impact software delivery by leveraging modern web platforms, web APIs, and front-end technologies. • Support infrastructure setup and deployment in cloud environments.
Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience working with C#/.NET Core. • 4+ years of experience working with Angular. • 4+ years of experience delivering high-quality front-end code independently. • 4+ years of experience querying SQL and NoSQL databases. • Ability to set up infrastructure in a cloud environment with appropriate support. • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); the required number of years of experience needs confirmation. • Strong technical leadership skills, including the ability to guide engineering practices and technical decisions. • Ability to mentor developers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs. • Detailed knowledge of Git and version control practices. • Experience working in Scrum teams. • Cloud infrastructure experience, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
