Tax Supervisor within BPM's Flowthrough practice, you will play a key role in helping closely held businesses, partnerships, S corporations, and their owners navigate complex tax matters and achieve their financial goals..
In this role, you will work closely with Managers, Directors, and Partners to provide strategic tax solutions, identify planning opportunities, and deliver exceptional client service. You'll review and mentor the work of Associates and Seniors, helping develop the next generation of tax professionals while ensuring the quality and accuracy of client deliverables.

Responsibilities:- Review complex partnership, S corporation, individual, and fiduciary tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Manage multiple tax engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to BPM's quality standards.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and provide recommendations that help clients minimize tax liabilities and achieve their business objectives.
- Research complex tax matters and prepare technical memoranda and recommendations for clients and firm leadership.
- Supervise, coach, and review the work of Associates and Seniors, providing ongoing feedback, training, and professional development support.
- Stay current on tax legislation, industry trends, and regulatory changes, communicating key developments and their impact to clients and team members.
Requirements:- 4+ years' experience in public accounting with an emphasis in Flow-Through Taxation.
- Degree in Accounting or related field (Masters degree a plus)
- Licensed CPA, or in the process of obtaining CPA license OR EA certified
- Participate in tax research about complex tax issues.
- Exposure to a variety of entities and industries.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates proactive thinking.
- Experience developing and training associate level professionals.
$103,000 - $128,000 a year
