The Opportunity

As a Tax Innovation - Product Management - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and managing innovative software solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients. Within our Tax practice, you will act as the general manager for both commercial and internal products, bridging the gap between business, user experience, and technology to drive business growth. Your role will encompass the entire product lifecycle, from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life, confirming that products meet market demands and support key business activities.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering diverse and inclusive teams that contribute to the firm's success. In this role, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to refine and enhance product offerings. Your ability to convey clear, impactful messages and navigate through ambiguity will be crucial in driving operational excellence and achieving strategic objectives.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
