Taskforce Chief Engineer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a hospitality setting
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Experience in P&L management and budgeting
• Knowledge of capital planning for maintenance and upgrades
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Suite
• Willingness to travel extensively, with a fly-in, fly-out schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse engineering team aligned with company values
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations
• Create and manage budgets while collaborating on capital projects
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols to protect staff
• Oversee preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory for efficiency
