Position Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter (NY)

Summary/Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will support the recruiting team by assisting Senior Recruiters with the full-cycle recruitment process while gradually managing requisitions independently. This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years of recruiting experience, coming from acorporate professional services environment The Recruiter will be successful in this role if they are highly organized, have strong communication skills, experienced in coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and managing applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.

The role focuses on ensuring a smooth recruitment process, maintaining strong candidate engagement, and providing operational support to the broader talent acquisition team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support Senior Recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening and filtering candidates in requisitions, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Manage open requisitions with the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time
  • Proactivelysource candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting tools
  • Manage interview process between candidates and hiring teams ensuring a seamless and professional experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help ensure an efficient and organized recruitment process
  • Assist with recruitment reporting, candidate follow-ups, and process improvements

You will be successful in this role if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of recruiting and sourcing preferably within a corporate professional services environment
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, experience with Greenhouse is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hybrid model - Must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and can work from home on Mondays and Fridays
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline management
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a positive candidate experience

Salary Range:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $160,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
