Full Job Description
What You Will Do

Saatva is seeking an operational, strategic, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to evolve our recruitment function. As we scale our physical footprint and customer service operations, we need an optimization champion who can take us to the next level with incredible efficiency.

In this role, you will own the talent acquisition engine, overseeing the hiring of more than 150 retail employees, and a small number of corporate roles, per year. You will lead and mentor a TA Coordinator, manage external agencies, and remain close to the action by jumping in hands-on with recruitment for key positions. Your core mission is to solve our current speed bottlenecks, dramatically driving down time-to-fill and cost-per-hire without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization & Velocity: Audit and evolve our current recruitment workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, accelerate hiring velocity, and address feedback regarding process speed.
  • High-Volume Pipeline Management: Strategy and execution for hiring 150+ entry-level retail and customer service professionals annually, ensuring pipelines remain robust, diverse, and aligned with retail opening schedules.
  • ATS & HRIS System Ownership: Optimize our technology stack, ensuring seamless workflow automation and clean data integration between Greenhouse (ATS) and ADP (HRIS).
  • Stakeholder Enablement: Continue and scale our interview training program for the retail operations team, empowering field managers to interview effectively, compliantly, and in alignment with Saatva's brand voice.
  • Team Leadership & Vendor Management: Direct, mentor, and elevate a TA Coordinator. Evaluate and manage external staffing agencies, holding them accountable to strict cost, quality, and performance metrics.
  • Data-Driven Accountability: Establish, track, and report on key talent metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to demonstrate clear ROI to executive leadership.

A proven track record of successfully improving key talent metrics like Time-to-Fill and Cost-per-Hire.
