Overview

Are you passionate about connecting early talent with exciting career & growth opportunities? In this role, you will lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of FlatironDragados’ Early Career programs across North America, including both Intern and New College Graduate (NCG) hiring. You will establish a scalable, data-driven approach to early talent acquisition that aligns with business needs and supports long-term workforce planning goals.

 

The position will serve as both a strategic program lead and a hands-on recruiter, partnering closely with district and project leaders, HR, and Learning & Development to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience for Interns and New College Graduates.

What you will be doing
  • Develop and execute a scalable, centralized Early Career recruitment strategy to meet annual hiring targets for interns and NCGs across all districts and projects in North America.
  • Partner with leaders to transition from decentralized to centralized early career hiring processes, driving adoption through influence, communication, and demonstrated value.
  • Establish and maintain high-value school partnerships; evaluate existing relationships to focus resources on campuses that yield the strongest return on investment.
  • Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development to create a consistent intern and NCG experience, including onboarding, mentorship, and development frameworks.
  • Forecast intern and NCG demand in alignment with annual headcount planning cycles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Early Career positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Design and maintain standardized processes, tools, and communications that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and program visibility.
  • Coordinate participation in career fairs, industry events, and school engagements to enhance employer brand presence.
  • Track and analyze key program metrics (conversion rates, school ROI, acceptance rates, retention) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on program performance and outcomes.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition required, with at least 3 years in early career, campus, or university recruitment.
  • Proven success designing, implementing, and scaling early career or graduate programs in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of the construction and engineering industry and the unique talent needs of field and project-based roles.
  • Experience influencing and driving change across decentralized business units or large matrixed organizations.
  • Takes initiative to learn Company, industry, competitors and develop innovative talent attraction strategies.
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to complex recruiting challenges.
  • Comprehensive understanding of OFFCP compliance requirements.
