Full Job Description
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: TSTC is a fast-growing small business supporting the federal government and we are looking for a Full-Time Systems Engineer for an immediate opportunity. The Systems Engineer will work independently and as part of a cross-functional team comprised of technical experts supporting an established and growing mission. You will need to quickly understand complex technical concepts, make assessments, and articulate your recommendations to the customer. The Systems Engineer/Architect should have experience in assessing systems and architectures, decomposition of systems and architectures, and be able to represent these systems and architectures in a visual and written form.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, sciences or related field
  • 3-5 years of systems engineering experience
  • Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Professional experience working in systems engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within or lead a team of peers, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Must possess strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.


Security Clearance and Where You'll Work

  • Applicants must undergo comprehensive client and corporate background check
  • Candidates must have an ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance
  • SCI eligible.
  • Work 2 days per week at DHS Headquarters in Washington DC.
