Lockheed Martin is looking for an emerging systems integration analyst to
• Provide analysis and support to program management on key integration execution and issue resolution
• Coordinate equipment calibration and certification to ensure availability to support key integration events
• Coordinate and lead cross segment integration dependencies, expectations, goals

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience with Customer relations and familiarity with government program execution processes
• Bachelors degree or equivalenet experience in supporting space system related development
• Demonstrated capability to organize and coordinate across program teams and disciplines
Desired Skills
• Experience in integration of activities across functional teams
• Experience with providing direct support to senior program leadership
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and work with minimal direction
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
