As a
Systems Engineer, you will support the implementation and maintenance of server and network architecture in a food manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do:- Install and configure servers, network devices, and related hardware.
- Troubleshoot IT infrastructure hardware and software issues.
- Support senior engineers in projects and daily operations.
- Use tools and processes to identify, resolve, and prevent technical issues.
- Maintain a stable, high performance IT environment and contribute to infrastructure improvements.
- Develop and update infrastructure documentation and procedures.
- Resolve assigned issues independently and participate in 24 hour on call rotation.
- Participate in ongoing infrastructure upgrades and Lean/CI (Continuous Improvement) initiatives as a Green Belt.
What We Look For:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, CIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
- Knowledge of Windows server environments, SAP, databases, backup/restore processes, IP based networking, and server level troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, numeric data analysis, and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
What We Offer:The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 annually, with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
