Experience with API or middleware-based integrations.

Solid SQL query capabilities for reporting and data management.
Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical discussions.

About the Job
We're looking for a gospel-centered, technically skilled Systems Engineer / Developer to join our IT team in a hybrid role based out of our Hilliard, OH office. You'll work primarily in Salesforce and help integrate, automate, and maintain the various systems that keep LifeWise running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Systems and Automation
Design, build and optimize automations within Salesforce (Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, validation rules, etc.)
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and increase operational efficiency
Support data integrity through validation, deduplication and governance practices
Contribute to system architecture decisions with scalability and sustainability in mind
Ensure automations are scalable, maintainable and well-documented
Development and Integrations
Develop and maintain custom code to support integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, etc.)
