DescriptionMarkon is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Fort Meade Customer. This role focuses on the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite collection-based systems. The position involves working across hardware, software, networking, and Radio Frequency (RF) components to support mission-critical communications and signal processing systems.
Responsibilities- Support the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite collection systems.
- Perform systems engineering activities across hardware, software, networking, and RF components.
- Assist with the development and integration of RF and signal processing systems for communications applications.
- Support system requirements analysis, architecture development, verification, and validation.
- Conduct system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation, test plans, interface control documents, and configuration management records.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support system sustainment.
Qualifications- Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph through this customer is required.
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant systems engineering experience required.
- Experience supporting systems engineering activities across hardware, software, networking, and RF components.
- Experience with RF and signal processing systems development.
- Experience supporting system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
- Knowledge of system requirements analysis, architecture development, verification, and validation.
- Strong technical documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Salary RangeUSD $120,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
