CTG is seeking to fill an SAP Techno-Functional Consultant (P2P / FIN) position for our client.
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 24 months
Duties:- Provide functional and technical support for SAP P2P and Finance applications, including SAP MM, IM, PP, APO, Ariba, OpenText, and SAP HANA FI.
- Analyze business requirements and design, configure, develop, and implement scalable SAP solutions.
- Perform ABAP development, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
- Lead SAP enhancements, upgrades, testing, implementations, and ongoing system support.
- Establish best practices for SAP governance, risk mitigation, financial controls, and audit compliance.
- Respond to internal and external audit requests while ensuring adherence to corporate policies and SOX requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.
Skills:- Strong techno-functional expertise in SAP P2P and Finance, including SAP MM, IM, PP, APO, Ariba, OpenText, and SAP HANA FI.
- Hands-on ABAP development and SAP FI configuration experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, and SAP governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:- 12+ years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, configuring, testing, and implementing enterprise ERP solutions.
- Extensive experience supporting SAP P2P and Finance applications in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading SAP solution delivery, system enhancements, and client-facing implementations.
- At least 2 years of team leadership or technical lead experience preferred.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant SAP experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $80.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
