Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Web Experience and Delivery team responsible for translating business priorities into executable digital experiences.
  • Own intake governance, prioritization, portfolio planning, delivery readiness, and cross-functional work orchestration.
  • Establish consistent requirements, level-of-effort assessments, planning standards, and success measures.
  • Align business demand with capacity, funding, dependencies, delivery sequencing, and strategic value.
  • Maintain portfolio-level visibility into commitments, timelines, risks, resource constraints, and delivery health.
  • Lead prioritization and governance forums, escalating decisions when scope, capacity, funding, or timing conflicts arise.
  • Coordinate delivery across Global Content Production, Creative Services, QA, Localization, UX, AEM development, and business stakeholders.
  • Set clear stakeholder expectations regarding scope, timing, quality, ownership, and resource requirements.
  • Drive adoption of standardized Agile production processes, governance practices, and delivery workflows.
  • Define and monitor operational KPIs, including intake volume, throughput, on-time delivery, capacity utilization, quality, prioritization effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve delivery through standardization, automation, AI, and integrated workflow tools.
Requirements
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in digital experience delivery, web operations, program management, digital marketing, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, complex portfolios, or cross-functional delivery organizations.
Technical Expertise
  • Strong understanding of enterprise web production, content management, localization, QA, UX, and development workflows.
  • Experience leading Agile digital production, including backlog management, sprint planning, estimation, capacity planning, delivery ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience using Jira, Workfront or a comparable work-management platform for intake, resource planning, workflow management, approvals, and portfolio reporting.
