A) a bachelor's degree in a technical field (this could include, but is not limited to: computer science, computer engineering, engineering, engineering management, information science, information systems management, information technology, mathematics, operations research, statistics, technology management, system engineering), with one (1) year of relevant engineering experience (this could include, but is not limited to experience in systems architectures, designs, development, and test and evaluation), OR

B) a master's degree in a technical field (this could include, but is not limited to: computer science, computer engineering, engineering, engineering management, information science, information systems management, information technology, mathematics, operations research, statistics, technology management and system engineering).
