Qualifications

• Broad technical knowledge in commercial print or fulfillment.

• Familiarity with Windows applications and various database systems; experience with specific software like WCSS is a plus.
• Ability to learn and leverage new systems effectively.
• Focus on process improvement and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to drive results.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in multi-shift management in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to secure timely customer deliveries.
• Plans and schedules departmental workflow based on business needs.
• Organizes work to achieve departmental goals such as safety and quality assurance.
• Implements policies and procedures and recommends necessary adjustments.
• Manages department expenditures and labor costs while ensuring budget compliance.
• Troubleshoots operational processes and collaborates with team members to resolve issues.
• Fosters a positive work atmosphere and promotes adherence to ISO procedures.
• Coordinates with other departments for accuracy and timely shipments.
