The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The Supply Chain Specialist plays a critical role in driving supply chain performance across planning, execution, and strategic initiatives. This role operates across multiple areas of the supply chain, including inventory management, supply planning, product lifecycle transitions, and process improvement, depending on business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environmentSupport end-to-end supply chain initiatives, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities related to inventory, supply continuity, and cost exposure.

  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product planning, operations, and procurement teams to drive alignment and execution.

  • Contribute to product lifecycle and transition activities while minimizing supply disruption and financial impact.

  • Develop and maintain models, tools, and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain scalability and efficiency.

  • Support strategic projects, pilots, and business transformation initiatives.

Base Pay Range: $63,000.00 - $107,100.00 Annually
