Job description

The Supply Chain Project Manager is a core member of the Supply Chain professionals' team. This role delivers cross-site and operational performance improvement by implementing or utilizing Supply Chain Management standard business processes and strategy. The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for collecting business requirements, piloting projects and developments in the domain and integrating and maintaining the related applicative solutions with internal and external resources.

The scope of work includes but not limited to; Procurement, Planning & Scheduling (Sales and Operations Planning, Master Production Schedule, Supplier Schedules, etc.), Logistics (Freight, Material Handling, Warehousing, Inbound/Outbound, etc.), and associated key performance metrics (Finished Goods Delivery, Supplier Quality and Delivery, Logistics costs, Inventory Turns/Status, etc.).

This role is accountable for the deployment and continuous improvement of Supply Chain Management standard processes and documenting best practices and ensuring sustained implementation.

Summary of Duties:
• Lead and manage supply chain projects projects including digital transformation (AI, automation, etc), MES, ERP enhancements, transfers of work, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders operational and technical requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, operations, quality, and engineering.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption to supply chain operations.
• Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Deploy tools and technologies in accordance to the site business needs and conditions. These include, but not limited to:
o ERP data accuracy validation tools
o Advanced planning and scheduling systems / MES Systems
o Warehouse Management systems
o Inventory modeling
o Demand management and Machine learning Forecast automation tools
• Manage changes by training and supporting the actors and stakeholders involved and impacted by the transformation
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain and operational efficiencies, and cost reduction or optimization
• Develop and implement best practices in project management within the supply chain organization.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, trade compliance, and corporate policies.
• Act as the subject matter expert and process owner of the Supply Chain 4.0 tools

Candidate skills & requirements

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Program Management or equivalent experience

Experience: 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or project management within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.

Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes including: Demand Management, Master Production Scheduling, Sales & Operations Planning, Material Requirements Planning, and Procurement
• Knowledge of the leverage of change management in complex organizations
• Knowledge of the basics in terms of techno-economic management and performance management

Computer Skills:
• Proficiency in ERP systems, project management software, and supply chain analytics tools.
Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams)

Other Skills:
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
