Full Job Description
You are an experienced, Supply Chain Enterprise Program Manager who will lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-year enterprise AI solution designed to improve how our supply chain operates. This role requires strategic ownership of program direction and delivery outcomes. You own the strategic direction of a complex program, drive structured decision-making across ambiguous problem spaces, and hold both internal teams and external partners accountable to defined milestones and quality standards. You operate at the intersection of AI/ML technology, enterprise systems architecture, and real-world supply chain operations, bridging the gap between what's technically possible and what delivers measurable business transformation.

Responsibilities

Partner internally with Enterprise Engineering and externally with solution partners to define and own the multi-year program roadmap, milestones, and success criteria for the enterprise AI solution across Reality Labs Supply Chain
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured, executable program plans with clear decision frameworks and exit criteria
• Own the problem definition, requirements, and acceptance criteria, acting as the voice of supply chain operations in technical decisions
• Drive alignment and accountability across engineering, data science, operations, finance, and vendor teams with uncompromising directness and clarity
• Negotiate scope, timelines, SLAs, and deliverables with external technology partners and system integrators, holding them to outcomes, not activity
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the organization to secure sustained sponsorship, funding, and resource commitment for a multi-year horizon
• Leverage deep, hands-on experience with supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, planning/optimization platforms) to pressure-test technical designs against operational reality
• Bring firsthand knowledge of supply chain operations (procurement, logistics, inventory, demand planning, or fulfillment) to anticipate failure modes, edge cases, and change management challenges that technologists miss
• Establish and enforce the operating model, decision rights, and escalation paths that allow the program to move fast while maintaining quality and alignment

Minimum Qualifications
• 12+ years of experience in technical program management, systems implementation, or supply chain technology - with at least 5 years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-grade systems implementations (AI/ML, ERP, or large platform programs) from inception through production scale
• Deep, practitioner-level knowledge of supply chain operations and systems - you've been in the trenches, not just adjacent to them
• Proven track record of managing complex external partner/vendor relationships with high-stakes deliverables and contractual accountability
• Ability to operate independently: setting direction, influencing without authority, and driving outcomes across VP+ stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Track record of defining processes and frameworks in environments with limited existing structure
• Familiarity with supply chain platforms (Oracle, o9, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Background that blends technical depth (data platforms, systems integration, API architectures) with business acumen (ROI modeling, change management, organizational design)
• Experience with AI/ML solution deployment in operational environments (demand forecasting, optimization, anomaly detection, or similar)
