- Technology Integration: Spearhead the adoption of digital tools, including real-time operations dashboards, predictive maintenance platforms, dynamic queue management systems, and mobile-enabled workforce tools, to modernize park operations.
- Supply Chain & Asset Management: Develop asset lifecycle management strategies and procurement frameworks for rides, attractions, and facilities infrastructure to reduce downtime and extend asset value.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with senior client stakeholders, including COOs, VPs of Operations, and General Managers, to define transformation roadmaps, align priorities, and drive sustained execution.
- Thought Leadership & Business Development: Contribute to business development through opportunity identification, client relationship cultivation, and development of forward-looking thought leadership on the future of park and attraction operations.
