Full Job Description
Analyze supplier capabilities; develop and maintain supplier quality metrics; conduct studies and audits of supplier processes and products
Lead the Supplier Quality Assessment program for the assigned category; involving a cross-functional team to ensure proper alignment to the Chamberlain Group strategy, business and product needs
Identify PPAP Level and dimensional requirements on the component quality plan when a new PPAP is required
Recommend disposition of non-conforming product from suppliers through the MRB meetings
Review, approve and follow-up on SCAR responses related to audit findings, nonconforming product, or overall supplier performance to ensure effective resolution
Oversee and manage the PPAP protocol process
Analyze metric tools to identify opportunities and drive continuous quality improvement in their respective commodities
Identify opportunities for component inspection reduction while participating in cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality from suppliers
Provide technical support to IQC in defining inspection protocols when required
Conduct monthly performance reviews with supply base
Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
