Role Overview

The Supervisor II, Global Finance provides accounting support for Ronald McDonald House Global. The Supervisor II, Global Finance will primarily be responsible for oversight of the cash receipts process and the reconciliation between finance and development, perform monthly and year end accounting including accounting for McDonald's national fundraisers, and manage the financial portion of the insurance application and estate gift processes.

Responsibilities

  • Review the cash receipts coding
  • Prepare the monthly analysis between the Development CRM and Finance General Ledger; identify and resolve any discrepancies discovered during the reconciliation process
  • Perform the monthly bank and investment reconciliations, and review the monthly financial statement supporting schedules
  • Manage the financial portion of the estate gift and insurance application processes
  • Prepare the monthly reconciliations and journal entries for McDonald's national fundraisers
  • Maintain the A/P Portal and excel system integration files
  • Assist with the annual external audit and IRS Form 990 processes
  • Oversee the processing of estate gifts to ensure appropriate recording at the time of initial gift, as well as performing an annual update on outstanding gift receivables


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, public accounting, nonprofit experience and CPA preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including adapting to shifting priorities and continuous process changes
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Suite and have the ability to quickly learn other software applications necessary to complete daily tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding analytical abilities
  • Initiative and creativity in finding efficiencies, including leveraging technology
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $78,281.00 - $97,852.00 per year
