Katten, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Structured Finance Department in its Charlotte, New York, or Washington, DC office.
Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience with structured finance transactions and/or asset-backed finance experience. Knowledge of ABS, asset-backed credit facilities and forward flow arrangements is preferred.
All candidates must have excellent academic credentials, analytical and interpersonal skills, and a strong client-team focused approach.
The estimated salary range for this role is $235,000 - $365,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
