The Opportunity

As a Strategy& Deals Tech Strategy Senior Manager, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring focused on Product and Technology Diligence and Product-led Value Creation for software and technology-enabled businesses. Your role involves analyzing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. Within our Deals practice, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, acting as a strategic advisor to clients and driving project success. You will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a high level.

In this role at PwC, you will play a crucial part in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives. What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
